1. Scope of Service

Thai Typing provides tools, software, layouts, and data for touch typing practice. We aim for high quality, but the service is provided "as is".

2. User Conduct

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the Service's infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from our software.
• Using the service for automated scraping or data harvesting.
• Distributing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access to Service interfaces.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Thai Typing provides you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. All software, content, and branding are the property of Thai Typing and its licensors.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THAI TYPING BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
